Terms of Use
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Sydney Admin Solutions website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About this site
This website provides general information about Sydney Admin Solutions and lets you send us an enquiry. The content is general information only and isn’t professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
Enquiries and engagement
Sending an enquiry, or us replying to it, doesn’t create a contract or an obligation to provide services. Any work we do together is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, including a scope and a quote agreed in advance.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Sydney Admin Solutions. Please don’t copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission. (Where we build software for a client, ownership of that project’s code and data is handled under the relevant engagement, separate from this site.)
Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and don’t misuse it.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Don’t submit content through the enquiry form that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (for example, the form-delivery service used by the enquiry form). We’re not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and “as is”
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Admin Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
